Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate information and use the site only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, GUMALIFE, or the site.

You keep ownership of photos, text, and other content you upload. You give GUMALIFE and our production providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, crop, reproduce, print, and ship that content only as needed to provide the service, fulfill your order, support you, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

• You must own the content or have permission to use and print it.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, exploitative, threatening, sexually explicit, or designed to harm another person.
• We may refuse or cancel a design that cannot lawfully or safely be produced.

On-screen previews are production guides. Cropping, placement, brightness, and color may vary slightly between a display and a finished ceramic print. You are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, image orientation, and the selected variant before checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not require us to accept an order that contains an obvious pricing error, unavailable item, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or information we cannot verify. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Stripe processes payment information; GUMALIFE does not store full card numbers. Applicable shipping and tax are shown during checkout. Promotion codes may have eligibility, expiration, first-order, product, or redemption limits and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless expressly allowed.

Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy are part of these terms. Because orders move quickly into production, contact support immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. A change or cancellation is not guaranteed after production or carrier handoff, but the 30-day money-back policy remains available for eligible delivered products.

The site, GUMALIFE name and logos, original characters, graphics, product photography, interface, and site copy are owned by GUMALIFE or used with permission. Except for normal shopping and personal use, you may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial uses of them without written permission.

If you submit a review or feedback, you confirm it reflects your honest experience. You allow us to display, format, and use that submission to operate and promote GUMALIFE, with the name or initials you chose to provide. We may remove unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or deceptive submissions.

The site may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events beyond reasonable control. Links or services supplied by third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, GUMALIFE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, and our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory rights in your place of residence. Any claim must be brought in a court or forum that has lawful jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
